Feasibility study was conducted for the Hoyt Coe building on the Clarkesville, GA campus to determine the project implementation plan and the cost outlay justification. The project will include a complete gut renovation of the existing building with all new Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.

Additional projects with NGTI include the renovation to an existing Dining Hall Facility. The renovation included, but not limited to, the relocation of serving line, seating area and stage. The renovation also included a new lighting system for the dining hall. (pictured above)
