Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 26,000 square foot residence in Atlanta. The residence consists of a restored portion, originally built in 1919, and a new addition. Heating and air-conditioning for approximately 26,000 square feet was accomplished via a closed-loop geothermal ground source system. Pool heat and domestic water pre-heating are also accomplished via the geothermal system. HVAC and lighting are controlled via touch panels located throughout the home.
