Langdon Hall is registered with the National Registry of Historical Places. Our scope included HVAC replacement to a direct expansion type cooling and will utilize the existing steam lines for heating. The new system was designed to accommodate a future conversion to chilled-water and hot-water heating via the campus loop system.
