A 9,000 square foot research and tissue testing facility placed in an existing medical office building. The project contains approximately 4,000 square feet of laboratory including molecular, flow, and hematopoietic spaces. The project has dedicated HVAC consisting of an air-cooled chiller and above-ceiling chilled water blower coil units. All laboratory spaces are exhausted directly to the outdoors and supplied with 100% outdoor air.  The electrical system consists of a back-up 100KW emergency generator with 277V/480V and 120V/208V power.  HVAC equipment and lighting for critical areas as well as key testing equipment are provided back-up power from this emergency system.
