Over 130,000 square foot manufacturing, research and development, testing facility for heavy equipment engine turbo chargers. Facility included a central plant incorporated with process chilled water and process compressed air driven by a total of 1400 horsepower Garner Denver compressed air machines. The central plant served six explosion-proof test cells fro the rigorous testing of their turbochargers and apparatus. Also included within this facility was more than 30,000 square feet of office/support space.
