Faulkner University Baldwin and Burton Dormitories

| This project included a renovation of Baldwin and Burton male dormitory buildings for Faulkner University in Montgomery Alabama. Each building was completely remodeled including new and upgraded MEP systems. Mechanical systems included the design of new 100% outside air units to provide positive pressure and improve overall air quality of the building. New exhaust systems were added to assist the air quality control. Electrical service to the buildings were upgraded to allow for additional mechanical systems. |
